EFLI Inaugural Season League and Team Identity
We were the brand architects and designers for the Elite Football League of India, the new startup football league in South Asia. The league officially started play in 2012. Our challenge was to introduce football to a heavily populated region with little knowledge of the game, but demonstrated a large interest in American entertainment. Our solution was to create a consistent brand visual framework using clean, bold team logos and colors across all helmets and jerseys. Using a traditional “football” style and carrying that template formula across all 10 new clubs is how we decided to execute this project. Fans, media and players have positively embraced our league and team identities.
